Welcome to Confidently Clayed by Lisa! By placing an order through my website, you agree to these terms and the store policies referenced below.
Products and Handmade Details
My jewelry is handmade. Slight variations in color, shape, and painted details are part of each piece’s individual character. Product colors may also appear different depending on your screen settings. These variations do not excuse damaged, defective, or incorrectly described items.
Please review product descriptions and any listed measurements before purchasing.
Prices and Payments
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed at checkout. Payment is required before an order is shipped.

Orders and Order Information
Please provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information when placing your order.
If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, I will contact you to arrange a resolution. If I cannot fulfill your order, I will refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact me as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed, particularly once an order has been prepared or shipped.
Shipping
I currently ship only within the United States. Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery estimates vary by carrier and service and are not guaranteed. Please see my Shipping Policy for additional details.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of earrings and for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final. Returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me through my website with your order number and photos so I can arrange an appropriate resolution. Please see my Return and Refund Policy for full details.
Jewelry Care
Please handle handmade jewelry gently. Avoid bending, dropping, or exposing it to excessive heat, water, or harsh chemicals. Follow any care instructions included with your order.

You may not use this website for unlawful purposes, submit fraudulent orders, or attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security.

Personal information submitted through this store is handled as described in my Privacy Policy. My online store is hosted on Shopify.
