Due to the personal nature of earrings and for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me through my website as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Handmade Details

Each pair is handmade, so slight variations in color, shape, and pattern are part of its unique character.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
